We successfully concluded our participation in Foam Expo North America 2025, held from June 24 to 26 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan.

At Booth #2615, we presented a series of high-performance silicone foam solutions designed for EV battery pack applications, with a focus on:

A key highlight was our die-cut silicone foam sealing solution, designed to provide long-term compression set resistance, low stress relaxation, and high thermal stability across battery pack structures such as module covers, side plates, and pack enclosures. We had valuable discussions with engineers and system designers regarding material performance in demanding EV environments, further reinforcing Futureway’s capabilities in supporting next-generation battery safety design.
